About The Founder
Dr. Stéphane Ouellet founded ChemSource Solutions, LLC in 2013. Prior to this he held the role of Director and Discovery Process Chemistry Site Lead at Merck and Co. Inc. where he helped build highly integrated and collaborative new approaches to Discovery Research and played a key role in the integration of the medicinal and process chemistry functions. He has additional experience that includes process chemistry, API synthesis, FTE management, vendor selection/management, cGMP production, analytical techniques, solid state and physicochemical characterization and salt and form selection.
Dr. Ouellet received his Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Toronto with Professor Mark Lautens and was an NSERC Postdoctoral Fellow at the California Institute of Technology with Professor David MacMillan.
